I have seen stuff about effectiveness declining over time and I think the Pfizer vaxx has a warning for myocarditis but I heard many of those cases cleared up on their own.

10.6 cases per 100,000 ( Jerusalem Post) .....although this one was specifically among younger men ages 16-29.

So the group most often affected appears to be younger men. Although even among them it is still only about 0.01%... and typically after the second dose.

Apparently covid-19 can also cause myocarditis too.
