I don’t want a single comment saying I’m ‘unpatriotic’ down below

Unpatriotic, yet we didn't fight over 60 court battles, audits, countless recounts (private and government) the supreme court and throw a half-assed insurrection to keep a man in the oval office.

True. They’ll quite literally attack a government building because someone who’s less conservative (let’s face it, Biden’s not really progressive) is in charge now. But dare to mention systemic racism or that we’re the only first world country without free healthcare, and you’re the domestic terrorist who hates the country.

Mostly, I was referring to how the right spews out “unpatriotic” as an insult, regardless of whether or not we want to support the country.

Side note: I’m very grateful for a lot of the rights I have here. As a queer person and a girl, I’d rather live here than in Saudi Arabia (or plenty of other places where I wouldn’t have rights), and for things like being in a country that can afford to give us an education, etc.

you can still be patriotic AND criticize what you don't like and work to change it.

True patriots aren't afraid to criticise their country when it's necessary.

i personally will always love my country no matter who runs it. i may not like the govt but i will always love America and will lay down my life to continue for it to be a please for freedom so you can do what you want. as a future military man, i’m going into the service so you can do what you want, form burning the flag to praising it as a god, and not be under attack for it(please don’t burn the flag tho, it doesn’t solve anything)

Speaking of Biden, how's he doing on getting you government healthcare? Excited to watch him fail to give you a chance to pay more taxes just so your doctor can work for the government and have no incentive to treat you efficiently and effectively?
