A 10 vote supermajority is required. This redraft should fix a lot of issues ppl have been talking about lately.

Article 1- President
Section 1: A President must be elected every 2 months during the last 2 days of the month. Candidates must have a running mate prior to the vote. The candidate with the most votes at the end of voting will be inaugurated the following day, on the first of the month.
Section 2: The President will be given moderator of the stream, and is not to ever be revoked even after their term ends, unless convicted of a crime through impeachment.
Section 3: The President shall enforce stream rules as necessary.
Section 4: The President may appoint advisors in his Cabinet to help enforce stream rules. This is not necessary, though it is helpful. The advisors enforce stream rules as necessary, but they hold no power.

Article 2: Vice President
Section 1: The VP Shall be elected as the president’s running mate.
Section 2: The VP Shall have mod, but only as long as their term lasts.
Section 3: If the president has been inactive for 3 or more days, the VP shall act as the Acting President. Or the President shall let the stream know if they are going to be inactive on certain dates, so the VP shall step in immediately.
Section 4: In case of ANY tie in Congress, the Vice President casts the tie-breaking vote.

Article 3: Head of Congress
Section 1: The HOC shall be given mod privileges as long as their term lasts.
Section 2: The HOC with the most votes at the end of the election gets moderation rights.
Section 3: The HOC shall hold Joint congress sessions at least once a week to discuss and propose new laws.

Article 4: Head of the Senate (position to be established after the election)
Section 1: The HOS shall be given mod privileges as long as their term lasts.
Section 2: The HOS with the most votes at the end of the election gets moderation rights.
Section 3: The HOS shall hold Joint Senate sessions at least once a week to discuss and propose new laws.

Article 5: Congress
Section 1: Congress shall be formed of 15 members. The President, VP, and HOC shall pick 4 members each. The 3 Empty seats shall be filled by the runner ups. If they choose not to participate, Vacancies will be filled by the HOC.
Section 2: Congress shall propose and vote on rules for the stream. A simple majority (8-7) will pass normal bills, and the President will either enact it, or veto it. If the bill is vetoed, then ⅔ supermajority will pass it.
Section 3: ⅔ supermajorities are required for constitutional amendments and impeachments.
Section 4: Vacancies In congress shall be filled by who appointed them.
Section 5: Stream owners are NOT to interfere with Congressional votes.
Section 6: In case of ANY tie, the Vice President casts the tie breaking vote.

Article 6: Senate
Section 1: The Senate consists of users elected to represent different streams.
Section 2: Each stream may appoint one Senator through any method they please.
Section 3: Any stream listed on imgflip.com/streams may participate.
Section 4: Streams that are too similar to another larger stream may not participate (e.g. LGBTQ_too is too similar to LGBTQ).
Section 5: IMGFLIP_PRESIDENTS itself has no Senator aside from the HOS.
Section 6: The Senate votes on foreign policy matters, not internal affairs in specific streams, and the HOS casts the tie-breaking vote.

Article 7: Owner
Section 1: The Owner shall be responsible for holding elections and transfers of power. Nothing else.
Section 2: They are not to interfere with Congress votes, trials, or impeachments. They are not to run for office. But they may vote in elections.
Section 3: Owners cannot remove an elected official without Congress voting with the necessary supermajority to impeach.

Article 8: Impeachment
Section 1: In order to remove a person in power, 2 Officials (President, VP, HOC, Member of Congress, or Owner) must call for an impeachment, what offence was committed, and who is responsible. A trial shall then be held by one of the judges from the Courtroom stream and after giving his verdict Congress shall vote, with a ⅔ supermajority required to impeach. Stream owners are NOT to interfere with this process. As usual, the Vice President casts the tie-breaking vote if necessary. However, if the Vice President is the one being impeached, then the Head of Congress casts the tie-breaking vote instead.

Article 10: Voting
Section 1: All users are entitled to ONE VOTE. Multiple votes and alting will NOT BE TOLERATED.
Section 2: Elections will be held the last 2 days of the month, every 2 months.
Section 3: Voters must register by following the stream before the deadline 2 week prior to the election. Users who have been inactive for more than a week cannot vote.

Section 1: The President can appoint any non-banned user to any position in his/her Cabinet. These users act as advisors who carry out specific roles in the administration.
Section 2: The President can order Cabinet secretaries in the line of succession as he pleases.

Amendments:

Added HOS and Senate (although these shall not apply until after the election)

Clarified that the HOC casts the tie-breaking vote if the VP is the one being impeached.

Added the new court system.

Removed outdated rules about voter registration and term limits, as well as rules unnecessary articles about the military and punishments.

Alright. I vote in favor of it. However, there is one thing I want to be added to the constitution. Users in congress must be ACTIVE in IMGFLIP_PRESIDENTS for atleast 2 months.

There's already a rule that you have to be active for at least a week.
