The prosecution’s investigation is complete. The only reason the trial hasn’t happened yet is that RUP asserted it needed more time to perform its piece.
I will also note that you’ve pled the Fifth and therefore ought to remain silent and not attempt to influence these proceedings one way or the other going forward. But if you’d like to withdraw your Fifth Amendment plea then we can put you under oath. Happy to do it that way too if we need to.
