Actually, about the only time we are not those things is when we are having to endure a liberal. Perhaps because you are remote to me, I do not have that trouble with you- I am either mildly amused at your feeble attempts to sound intellectual, or saddened by the state of your heart and soul, if only because I was once like you are and I now know a joy that defies your understanding.

Plus, there's those studies that show liberals to be plagued to a much greater degree with mental disorders, so yes we are indeed "bright and cheery".

I agree. I lead a very pleasant life. I love the Christ who saved me. I love myself 40 years, that he gave me. I love my family, including my children, sisters, mom and dad and all of my wife's family. I love my job. I love my Church. I love America and the freedom (= opportunity) it affords ALL.

When a wide swath of people on the map that overlaps the Bible Belt have a greater propensity for obesity (despite being in warmer climes), alcoholism, drug abuse, criminality, lesser education, higher unemployment, inbreeding, and other deviancies, that might be a more fair indicator that something isn't functioning optimally in ye olde noggin.
