Why single one person out?

A) Most of them do, at least a little bit.
B) LDH's *never* do. She just posts random garbage text over a completely unrelated image. As someone who makes actual memes, I find it offensive how bad hers are.

The explicit design of the Constitution calls for the number of electors and representatives to scale with the population, and to be reapportioned based on that.

That was irreparably broken in 1911 when those numbers were locked in place, resulting in massive over-representation of small states the founders never envisioned.
