1) All that law does is give a cutoff point. Plenty of time to commit legalized murder before the cutoff date.

I disagree with 6 six week cut-off, BUT it doesn't affect her right to choose. She could have chosen not to have sex. In cases of rape, making sure one seeks medical care immediately should be a priority. This would/should include the morning after pill and follow up tests and care.
