Many people fear the vaccine as if it is a death sentence. It could be argued, in a court of law, that if someone tried to force a vaccination on someone (who thought this way) and they used deadly force to protect themselves from the forced vaccination, that they did so in fear for their life. Which could be argued as self-defense.
It would be a major uphill battle to win with that argument but it might be done.
This is all just hypothetical. I've been vaccinated so I am not one that fears it with my life. What I fear the most is the government thinking they have the right and the authority to force people to be injected with anything. Even if the vaccine was 100% effective in stopping COVID, I still would oppose forced vaccination.
And If I had to do it all over again I might not get vaccinated. I don't think it is all that effective. However, a friend of mine got COVID and it hit him real hard. The doctor told him that if he had not been vaccinated he would have died. He's older and not in the best of health. My health is pretty good and so I don't fear the virus. I never have feared the virus. I just do not think I am going to get it. It is just a gut feeling.
