Bacon wrapped smoked jalapeno poppers, bacon wrapped smoked turkey for thanksgiving, bacon jam with pimento cheese, armadillo eggs, bacon and eggs (classic)...one of my favorites though is German potato salad where bacon is costar to the potatoes and you have a good tangy dressing over all of it with caramelized onions. Deeelicious!
