Don't fall for the quick result trendy diet fads or rely on products that claim they can work miracles...every reliable program out there has a foundation in portion control and exercise. There is a reason that they all claim that particular common denominator, and it's because it works. Anything else they tack on top is a money grab, which is ok if you find products that work for you but just remember the products only supplement the hard work and lifestyle change you've committed to.
