I have no idea what that means. I've not seen you downvoted often. Not nearly enough to be effected by anything. You only get points your first comment. After that any post without a meme gets you no points.

Not sure how I improved my comment reputation exactly. I couldn't get points for upvoting, or commenting, nor making memes. But I could get points for upvoting/downvoting memes. Once I hit 10 points I was out. Huh. Not sure what triggered it. Might've been this meme... or I got flagged for the circle jerk. I doubt getting downvote into oblivion triggered it but it's not impossible.
