The crux of this are some jokey comments that he made years ago on a daily podcast he did. That's what I gleaned from a quick look into it. No one has provided the slightest examples of how he's so offensive. The guy is a lawyer. Like I said, you might disagree with him politically, but make a case. But for people, not even OP, saying he's the "black face of white supremacy", that's a little beyond the pale.
