People during the AIDS crisis vs. COVID pandemic

Gay men dying of AIDS were left to rot by our government. Now our government is attempting to save the people dying of COVID even though they themselves don’t want to be saved.

AIDS is almost completely preventable through a distinct lifestyle choice (sexual promiscuity), which makes it almost completely dependent upon the choice of the subject. In contrast, COVID is not dependent upon lifestyle choice, as one can get it just by being in the presence of an infected person.

The point is that AIDS patients bear much more responsibility for being infected with AIDS than COVID patients do of contracting COVID. However, many judgmental people want to condemn people who get COVID if they are unvaccinated, but would likely never condemn people who get AIDS because of their promiscuous lifestyle.

That doesn't make sense

Sorry the studies are showing that people who have had at least one covid shot are dying more than the unvaccinated. Of course you won't hear this from the CDC because they don't count you vaxxed until 14 days after your second shot. So anyone that has a reaction to the shot and dies is counted as a covid death.
