Israel's numbers aren't wrong and neither is Gibraltar's or Iceland. These places are almost 100% vaccinated and hospitals are seeing increases.

These increases in hospitalization cases and deaths is due to CV injections not protecting or creating immunity to variants (mutations). CV injections are virus specific and only cause your body to build immunity specifically for the Alpha variant (covid-19).
If you got vaccinated for covid-19 then you're vulnerable to the Delta variant or any other mutation you come across. Even if your body had previously built natural immunity from prior exposure to covid-19 or any other virus from the corona family. The injection will suppress your natural immunity and allow for mutations to infect you freely. This is why heavily vaccinated states in the U.S. are seeing higher numbers of people getting sick/dying. Especially in states where the Delta variant has become the Dominant variant.
