Ok, i am not here to argue but when will you guys get the vaccine? i get not getting vaccinated because it is experimental, but when there is a good vaccine with no side effects that have a low change of killing you, would you finally get it, just wondering?

No....its not neccessary. The virus has less than a 1% fatality rate.

Personally I have nothing against the vaccine. In fact I did get the vaccine. What I am against is governments FORCING citizens to vaccinate and build up undue power.

There are two numbers that matter most in overcoming a pandemic. There is the percentage of individuals that must be resistant to the disease. That is known informally as herd immunity. It can be natural from the virus or induced by a vaccine. Then there is the efficacy of the vaccine itself. That is the percentage of individuals that are protected 'unnaturally' from the virus by the vaccine. Now obviously for something like the flu herd immunity is a fuzzy concept. And efficacy of flu shot barely changes the spread of the disease. For something like chicken pox the disease is eradicated almost entirely because the efficacy of the vaccine is far above the herd immunity level. However these mRNA vaccine are proving so ineffective against Covid especially the variants. That means that for all practical purposes these non-vaccines could be thought of as viral enablers. By working on healthy individuals and letting unhealthy individuals fall sick, there is nothing more than a perception- a participation trophy if you will - of accomplishment for the community as a whole. Scientist know better but bring together the drug reps and politicians and there is a perfect storm of health care failure.
