Here he is tonight whining about my alts that I’ve already admitted, self-disclosed and have nothing to do with PRESIDENTS.

It’s gonna be tough to get Andrew to answer for his two (alleged) violations from the past 48 hours because he plainly considers himself above the same rules of the road that apply to the rest of us users.

Those violations are: (1) Reprising the same IRA Terrorist memes that harass British users and got RichardChill impeached; (2) Threatening to ban me for unspecified reasons.

These would be impeachable offenses if he held office — since he doesn’t, the current government can decide on an appropriate alternative punishment if he’s found guilty.

If Andrew doesn’t show himself for trial at some point in the near future then he can be held in contempt of court and given a punishment anyway.

Charge (2)

The final comment in this screenshot (indicated by the red downvote) was eventually self-deleted by Andrew, but not before several in the thread called it out for blackmailing and mod abuse.

For my part, I replied I had no idea what he was talking about, and would need links to what he was trying to refer to in this barely-concealed threat of account suspension that he tried to characterize at the time as a “deal” and later played off as “roleplaying.”

Anyway. If this was “roleplaying” as he says, it then becomes the job of this government to decide whether it’s the kind of “roleplaying” that they allow under the rules of a game they monitor. Whether threatening to nuke your political rivals when you have a Green M and the power to do so is an allowable thing.

Tl;dr — Andrew posted IRA memes and specifically said he did so in order to provoke IncognitoGuy, who is British. (IG has previously objected to this kind of content.) His targeted harassment of IG also impacted other British users of the stream of which there are several.

Additional context: As a result of Brexit, both Britain and Ireland are undergoing political shifts right now that very well could re-ignite the “troubles” in Northern Ireland which were put to bed in the late-90s after several decades of conflict.

So you agree IRA issue was put to bed, no longer exists.

Definitions of “porn” vary wildly. I’ll always defend the notion of Imgflip as a place where women’s bodies can be displayed in a flattering way similar to what you’d see at your local beach or pool, because Imgflip isn’t a Taliban-occupied province. Swimsuit ladies aren’t “porn” according to Imgflip as you know. It’s PG-13 level content suitable for a site that aims to be for those 13+.

I’m not a “porn poster” and the Crusaders can tell you that. I’m a strong mod to whom they can reach out in private and who will review their flags if they ever see content that crosses the line, so we can avoid “Crusades” on those streams (which are also spam/harassment and a violation of site terms). An understanding was reached. They’re not on my radar anymore and I’m not on theirs.

As for IG, I’m going on several months of modding LGBTQ and I’ve never seen or heard of any problem from him. Due to his deep religious views on the subject, he likely won’t ever be the Community’s strongest friend. But I don’t have time to dwell on his private feelings. If he’s grown up on this, and refrains from harassment, then I’m going to recognize that.
