I already agreed that men should go to jail if they refuse to wear a condom and proceeds to frick her without her consent. If she intentionally lets him do it without a condom for whatever reason, and she doesn't use any form of contraceptive, and then she proceeds to abort the child, then it is on her. It is on both if they both consciously decided not to use any type of protection.

I would say the same thing but add that it wasn't consentual. That's the biggest part. Whether she aborts or not, he should go to jail.

As for if she aborts in your scenario, if she is willing to go through with the birth but kills it because a certain person won't adopt it, she also is to blame. Nothing is stopping her from putting the child up for adoption.
