No he isn't. I think the best example is requiring picture ID to vote. The Democrats say minorities are the ones impacted by this because they cannot obtain an ID(which is already pinging with racism). So instead of making sure it is easy to get an ID and fix the root of the so called problem, they blame Republicans and call it an attack and form everything around that

How are Republicans making it hard to get IDs? Everyone was up in arms about Georgia voting law but to obtain an ID for the sole purpose of voting the ID was free.

DMVs close and move everywhere. Not just Republican areas. If California closes a dmv is it racist? "Oh no because they don't require photo ID". If Texas closes a dmv is it racist. "Yes because they require photo id".
