Boohoo, you can't murder children

Yes, the Afghans and people from south of the U.S. border have come here for the right to have an abortion. How disappointed they must be.

If US citizens think they're immune from that which befalled allied nations in the past, think again. You're falling into the exact same political traps that destroyed every other pre-eminent nation that proceeded you.

"First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist.
Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out— because I was not a trade unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me."

Guaranteed, if the GOP get away with this law, next up will be LGBTQ individuals.

You know, I even had a prominent leftist here say bbbut you should support abortion, it mostly affects minorities! But in a serious way.

Sheet, that reminds me, a certain someone said that 'demographic; got the vax at HIGHER rates than others, and I was too busy to reply.

He'll probably say it's based on reports since Thursday.

While that book may have been fictional, it was entirely based on historical facts. Then again, how would you ever know that if you follow and appreciate the likes of people like Carlson, who not even the Courts take seriously.

Funny how you don't even attempt to counter Niemoller's message. Is that because you have zero idea who he is and are too busy scrambling trying to research who he was in order to try to deliver yet another massively weak argument?

Are you really so dense as to not realize that I AM the one speaking up for the voiceless, you bloodthirsty ghoul?

And you can cram your Poes law bullshit. If some stank can't get an abortion in six weeks, that's her problem.

I get the argument but using that stupid book as some kind of cudgel makes me laugh.

But it's cautionary tale, and an especially relevant one in these trying times given the threatening threats that threaten the *CENSORED* community but not unborn babies because they're lacking in the cutsie factor and can stretch va**nal orifices and make mammaries sag and thus affect already-dwindling-with-age levels of attractiveness.

I've yet to see anything you've ever posted in defense of speaking up for the "voiceless" that doesn't blindly subscribe to GOP ideologies.

Your last sentence really says it all as to your blatant ignorance of actual facts. There's not a single ETHICAL lawyer out there that specializes in healthcare issues that won't tell you that most women don't even know they're pregnant at 6 weeks. How do I know that? I've spent more than 20 years in the legal profession dealing with many political ideological idiots just like you.

Ovulation is two weeks after menstruation, meaning they have already missed 2 periods at 6 weeks of pregnancy. If these women who “don’t even know they’re pregnant at 6 weeks” aren’t smart enough to have taken a pregnancy test after they missed the first one, maybe they shouldn’t be having sex in the first place.

Wrong. It means they've missed one period because a new 28 day cycle begins on the last of day of mentruation with ovulation occuring 10-18 days later. Plenty of women experience varied cycles shorter or longer than that (21-35 days) and on occasion even miss menstruating altogether on any given month for reasons unrelated to pregnancy. That is why some don't realize they're pregnant at 6 weeks post the end of the last period.
1 up, 3y
Not wrong. On average, a woman would miss at least one period in 6 weeks. If she is sexually active but doesn’t want kids, maybe she should be a little more attentive to what her body is telling her before she needs to kill a baby instead of removing an embryo.

For a short while, goths were the hottest girls, as they were competing with the 80's big hair holdovers.

RnR is a new talk radio show with Rumsfeld and someone pretending to be the talking corpse of Reagan. You think Rush was right wing? You ain't seen nothin'.

WTF? JFC! If the likes of Rumsfeld are still being granted a national platform and people willingly and/or naively buy into his BS, the US's demise as a global leader is going to fall just as swiftly and unexpectedly as the collapse as the USSR, the Berlin Wall and Afganistan did.

That was a joke but a mega moron like Max Boot unfortunately does have some kind of platform to spread his utter bullshit.

Funnily enough, that just reminded me that 4 major radio propaganda mouthpieces, all of which were prominent anti maskers & vaxxers, passed away in the last three weeks and that Joe Rogan too, has been diagnosed with Covid in the past couple of days and has been taking the very same crap - ivermectin, etc, his colleagues did prior to their passing.
3 ups, 3y
And, yet, somehow Rogan tested negative for Covid after taking a bunch of medicines, including Invermectin. SO WEIRD!
