Under the capitalist system, yes, obviously teachers should be paid, but in the post-state and post-capitalist society no-one will be forced to depend on wages to survive.

A communist state would suggest that it is a one-party dictatorship under a form of democratic centralism, which does not describe Venezuela at all. Some of the policies of the country have been socialist, but they are still, like always, are capitalist.

The difference is that, with your Biblical fantasies, they could not happen. There is no possible way for that to happen. However, we have seen multiple trans-women born biologically as men transition into women. So yes, that is possible and it is how the world works because trans people are valid and their lives matter.
