I know it's a meme, but come on; how many conservatives do you honestly think didn't care about our combat deaths for the last twenty years?

I’m sure they cared, but there was very little of it. And zero action taken from it.

I'm sorry, that's BS.

It's more of a Republican problem than a conservative problem.

If they cared they didn't show it.

Where are the "conservative" memes blasting Trump for the deaths under his watch? Or Bush for getting us into the mess to begin with?

Personally I complained for 8 years under Obama running the show there too when we should have been out. I freely admit Biden orchestrated a shit show of an exit but that would have been the case under any president. I applaud him for having the balls to get out. FINALLY.

Where are the left/dem memes blasting Obama and Biden for the 1,567 killed while Obama was president? Statistics lie. Liars use statistics. My guess is most of the 1,567 were more conservative than liberal.

We're not making memes about them because we aren't making a big deal for these 13 lost. Lower the flag, sure. Light a candle sure.... But this hyper-partisan "BIDENS FAULT" nonsense just doesn't, and hasn't, warranted a similar response from us even when Trump was President and soldiers died.
Last time someone made a fuss about people dying overseas was.... benghazi.

Huh...

What a coincidence.

It is a coincidence...both occurred during a Democrat administration. Huh.

Oh, look, the only two incidents you cared about, the ones during Democrat Presidencies. No surprise there.

Statistics don’t lie. But they can be incomplete.

Sorry, more correctly stated: Statistics DON'T lie, but liars use statistics.

Example: A true and factual statistic is:
MORE SOLDIERS DIED IN AFGHANISTAN UNDER TRUMP THAN UNDER BIDEN.
63 vs 23. This is true and I am not a liar for stating it. However it's but only ONE statistic.

Another piece of information (a statistic if you will) is Trump saw those 63 deaths over about 4 years and Biden say 23 in less than a year. That's true and I am not a liar.

Statistically speaking, On an annual basis Biden has a 68% lead over Trump in deaths in Afghanistan (if my math is right.) Which is also true and I am not a liar for stating it.

Everyone uses statistics to prove their point. Liars or not. It's how complete the statistics are that matter.

Not all people who use statistics use them to support a lie. That's a fact and I am not a liar.

Look, the meme waa not about the deaths themselves, but a contention that somehow, if you didn't make memes when they occurred when Trump was president you are a hypocrite for making a meme when they've occurred while Biden is president. I was pointing out the false narrative because many more people died under Obama than Trump and no Democrats made memes. To say this proves Rep or Dems don't care is not supported by using statistics.

Lastly, my personal outrage is the lack of a coordinated plan for withdrawing our citizens first, our Afgan allies, and our troops last. Then to insult the intelligence of the American people by claiming all the Generals concurred with cloaing the secured and protected airport, that the members of NATO and the UN were aware of the "plan", that everyon citizen that want out got out - that is just wrong. That's it.

You have a right to be outraged and should have been since Bush got us in the mess to begin with. WERE YOU? I was. And I denounced Obama for 8 years for it too. Because I am not blinded by any person or party. Then Trump made a bad deal. Where was the outrage? Trump freed 5000 Taliban. Where was the outrage? Hell, REAGAN armed the Mujaheddin that became the Taliban. Where was/is the outrage there?

But NOW. NOW you're outraged? Seems a little opportunistic.

You're righteous indignation is noted. However, I do not owe you nor anyone else a history of my personal disappointments and outrage. People process their feelings differently. There is no one way that is correct. I try to avoid assuming I know another person's process and I don't make judgements on their outward actions alone. Feeling or not right or wrong, they simply exist.

I recognize the LARGE typed words and tone. Moral superiority is unbecoming.

Liars think their opinions are true regardless of facts. Statistics are facts. They don’t lie. You said it yourself.
