Then because he refused to allow for an orderly region by region withdrawal with penalties such as MOABS dropped on the heads of advancing Taliban forces he ended up handing the entire nation over to the Taliban enemy WHILE simultaneously giving them billions of dollars worth of cutting edge U.S. weapons and technology.
