Read some history , this is Standard Operating Procedure for the U.S. Military . Korea , Vietnam , Iraq and now Afghanistan .

I've read history, and if this had been followed before some of those names wouldn't be there. Korea, I believe that Truman should have threatened China with nukes to keep them out of the war; Vietnam, advisors in the early days, nothing after; Iraq, no way; Afghanistan, once we'd chased AlQuaida out, we get out.
