Envoy is on twice because he ran for president and he was a good candidate but has been kinda a bad owner, but I think I’m being a little harsh with Envoy on the owner.

Personally I would put him D-tier at least because of his sense of humor and our campaign memes were a blast. :)

However I could see some putting him E-tier because of the AFK-ness and controversies during his admin. He was responsible for some of that (but not all of that.)

But I refuse to see him inhabit the same circle of hell as WN and M00nMan.exe. Hell no! They were our sworn enemies :)
