Most of the ones who refuse to get vaccinated and don't want any "regulation" of the Texas power grid are hard-right conservatives born and raised in Texas.

Most of the ones who ARE getting vaccinated and want regulation of the PUBLIC utilities are moderates, moderate-liberals and folks from the Northeast, California, Chicago, etc.
