Guaranteed, if the DOJ don't criminally indict Trump and all his sychophantic allies both within Congress and without for trying to overturn an election he legitimately lost, then the US too will quickly become yet another global statistical empire in history that collapsed due to corrupt and self serving individuals more interested in their own social, economic and/or political interests than that of serving their constituents

Hahaha how quickly you forget the fraudulent Steele dossier and the attempt to overthrow the 2016 election. Pathetic.

Need I remind you, YET AGAIN, I never bought into the Steele dossier and knew it was BS from the very start, nor have I ever blindly adhered to any political propaganda and/or messaging that either party promoted, unlike yourself.

Oh yes, my bad. That's what you claim now.

Trump isn't president. He isn't affecting any current policy. Everything that is happening is on Biden and his incompetent goon squad.

You don't think Trump continuing to rile up his base at rallies with disproven election fraud lies isn't fueling further extremism, eroded trust in future elections and/or undermining democracy itself?

What about him deliberately tying to pressure, coerse and corrupt various state officials, his own VP, and the DOJ itself into overturning an election he legitimately lost and his lies created the foundation for the Jan 6th insurrection?

How about him scamming his supporters for donations to supposedly fund lawsuits he has no intention of proceeding with or chance of winning just to shore up his own personal finances as all of his businesses are currently losing money right now?

If you don't think Trump's not a clear and present danger to the US to this very day, you're a f***ing moron. I applaud every single ethical Republican official in every state that has had the courage to uphold their sworn duty to protect and defend the Constitution rather than protect their careers by promoting Trump's blatant lies. Trump's the epitomy of the swamp he swore to drain.

Of course they think that.
It's not that they adore him despite all that, they adore him BECAUSE of it.

Dictators appeal to a certain demographic, and they take hold of power when that demographic feels their futures - economic, standard of living, cultural, etc - are under a prolonged threat or downward spiral.

That Mexican taking the only jobs they're qualified for (not that they would work in them)?
GONE!
That trailer park they have to move to even worse than the one ma kicked them out of?
GONE!
That muscular bare chested sweat gleaming gent in a tutu they fear might be at the urinal next to them staring at their little willie?
GONE!
People darker toned than them getting elected to higher office?
GONE!
Them city folks getting a share of the pie only they should get because the South got destroyed a century and a half ago during the War of Northern Aggression?
GONE!

Then you have the elitists who are the only ones who will benefit while the dregs get to bathe for joy in mud. They'll back him and do what they can to keep him in power because the corrupt benefit from the corrupt.

This is what happens in all Autocracies - their roots, rise, takeover, establishment, and sucking dry of a rotting corpse.

Always nice to discover others on this site who know their historical facts too and recognizes exactly what's going on and what occurs when dictators gain power.

Too many citizens are completely uneducated about how dictatorships arise and what the true reality of such will mean in their lives. That's the scary part. Their ignorance is what will bring it all about if there aren't enough countervailing pressures preventing such.

Holding rallies isn't doing the things you think he's causing. It's not like he is forcing three impeachment hearings one of which was based on a phony report(Steele).

You're kidding yourself if you don't think the lies he espouses during his rallies aren't firing people up, undermining their trust in the elections, emboldening some to threaten public officials with bodily harm for not going along with his lies and/or fueling desires to take further destructive action on his behalf.

Trump's first impeachment wasn't due to the Steele dossier (which was all about Russia, Russia, Russia) it was a result of him soliticing Ukraine to aid his 2020 re-election campaign by digging up dirt on Biden and announcing an investigation into Hunter, as well as withholding military funds due to them unless they did.

Like the Steele report wasn't digging up dirt on Trump lol oh and Biden DID actually issue a quid pro quo to Ukraine. No problem with that, huh?

Yes, I remember that and had a major problem with it too.

Except it wasn't one.

He was a corrupt prosecuter that everyone wanted out. It was a condition of the heckuva lotta free money they were getting from the US taxpayer for some mystifying reason because we like giving money to other countries who haven't gotten their acts together in their millenia spanning histories which means EVERYONE gets assistance from the USA from the Sun Never Sets Empire of the UK to Taliban HQ Pakistan and all the rest of Planet Welfare.

Biden is a doofus and a braggart, and exaggerated so he can swing his little manballs to show he has them and can. Reality was we weren't giving that funding so said corrupt official and his circle can pocket it without risk, thus an ultimatum was given. That ultimatum wasn't "Give muh son a job or y'all git zilch."

Do they fired the prosecutor and the company wasn't investigated. The company that hired Biden's son. With zero experience. Okay. I've heard that line about everyone wanted the prosecutor gone cuz corrupt but little evidence was provided.

This stuff can be looked up ya know.

As for Hunter, was it all that for nothing as he now works in China smoking crack twiddling his twiddle in bed all day or........ goodness, that is the busiest druggie I ever heard of in my life. "Muh rich whyte privilege gat meh this jab"
There's a word for someone who says their boss is qualified, and it rhymes with "The Trump Kidz in the WH"

The rich and connected don't get indicted, at least hardly ever, and in the gazillion cases in court Trump has been in, have you ever seen one pic or video or story of him AT the courthouse? Maybe he has. But I've never heard of it either.
0 ups, 3y
True, they escape justice more often than not until one day they don't anymore.

I've seen Trump in deposition hearings but never in Court but that's likely because the majority of his cases have been civil litigation matters rather than criminal, which he's not required to attend. Those that were criminal in nature were generally withdrawn or settled prior to any trial.

Major typo and apologies... just noticed I accidentally typed 'coherts' when it should have been 'cohorts'
