Not technically true... they can't survive another Democrat Governor without federal relief bailouts, you mean to say.

And the added problem of LA and San Fran. being dem strongholds. People talk about Blue and Red states but nobody really talks about what parts are Blue and what parts are Red along with the overall population of the places.
