Do you actually hate muslims?If you hate then I'm sorry because not everyone of us are evil and not everyone of us are terrorists.And I'm here to apologize for being rude to you many months ago.

Ah, you must have been the one I've last spoken to about Islam. Apology accepted. While I have fundamental, theological disagreements with them I do not hate Muslims.

Im just defending my belief so i must be rude.Thats my act of natural,anyone who hates Islam i will hate them more.Sometime i have to be rude to you when you try to convert me into christianity

It is understandable that you have a desire to hate anyone who oppose Islam. When I was a Catholic I was determined to learn as much as I could in order to defeat Protestants whom I think were an arrogant lot.

I've imagined them looking down at me & my fellow Catholics with condescending pity "Oh poor Catholics, how ignorant they are of how so pagan their religion is!" I've never met them, but nevertheless I despised them & relished the thought of humbling them in a debate

I don't know if this is an irony but I ended up as a Protestant.

Hi Magicapple, I apologize for the long delay.

We can definitely be friends, but there is something you must understand for I think eventually we will clash.

The thing is that if either one of us has the truth then it behooves us to reach out to the other lest they be condemned.

If Islam is true then Muslims must do their part in sharing Islam so that they too can say the Shahadah "There is no true god but Allah & Muhammad is his Prophet", follow the other four other pillars of Islam which includes prayers five times a day, Fasting for Ramadan, almsgiving to the poor, going to Mecca (if able).

Finally they have to obey the Qu'ran, the Hadith, etc. They will have angels judging them: one for their good works & the other their bad ones. The most obedient will go to Allah while those who were not would go to Hell.

If however my religion is true then Muslims as well as everyone else must accept the Old & New Testament as inerrant & inspired (Psalms 12:6 & 2 Peter 1:20-21); Muslims thus must reject Muhammad's claim that the said scriptures were corrupt.

Also they must accept Jesus for who He is as the Bible says that He is not only God in the flesh (John 1:1-3, 14) but died on the cross (John 2:19-21 & 19:30). Then, on the 3rd day, rose again from the dead (John 20). I know that for Muslims they reject it as it is impossible for God to die.

Finally, to be saved, they must trust Christ alone for their salvation & not by doing good works which includes obeying the commandments.

Friendships is still possible, after all, I have friends from other religions (& different worldviews) which includes a two Catholic on ImgFlip, one from the LGBTQ+ community, & at least one Progressive Liberal. However, I will encounter disagreements with them but I am optimistic that we'll remain as friends.
