I'm inclined to, but I asked IG about one of the permanent user bans he put in place.

Not being a mod here, I have no idea who that was. Generally speaking I don’t think so, I think a vote would be necessary.

If it was a suspected WN alt, however, I don’t think it would be necessary to take a vote. That seems like an executive function that the President could exercise himself or delegate to others in the government.

The user post/comment ban I asked IG about is not a WN account.

Based on WN's past activity, would be fine for any Owner/Moderator to stream ban those accounts on sight and ask questions later.

It may have been Waldo, who kept making alts and his accounts deleted after a few minutes.

Yes, that account was RichardChill’s alt — GreenieMeanie with a change of paint — he admitted it was his on this occasion and several others, and as others pointed out the GreenieMeanie connection is there in his profile tagline as well.

Voted-on bans necessarily encompass alts of users, otherwise it’s toothless and pointless.

Question. Since screenshots can easily be fabricated with false, incomplete or misleading info, where is that actual comment?

Do not question the correct. Check his account, it says Congratulations GreenieMeanie, RichardChill24's old username. And as for Nixon, he posted something supporting Richard and Richard admitted it was his alt.

I don’t know where that comment (screencapped memechat) was posted. It would be too burdensome to find and it’s not strictly necessary to satisfy your concerns since there is other evidence that’s conclusive.

Check that comment, which IG linked below. This comment is RichardChill commenting (using all sorts of RichardChill-specific tics like emojis and “cope”) as Abdul-Kareem in protest of his ban.

How could this person have had access to a Memechat between RichardChill and a global mod unless he was actually RichardChill? Yes, in theory RichardChill could have screencapped that and then passed it along to a friend of his but now we’re really getting into the weeds.

You mention the concept of fabricated screenshots. Well, in this unique case you can actually ask Ser himself whether the memechat was fabricated if you still have concerns.

The mods of this stream made a determination this account is RichardChill and the reasoning is significantly above speculation and conjecture.

If you disagree and have solid evidence it’s not Richard, the proper way to challenge a user ban passed by Congress is through a formal impeachment proceeding or Congressional motion.

It’s RichardChill24’s alt account and to prevent him accessing the stream for a week, we needed to ban all of his accounts.
