What I meant was every upvote OUTSIDE the meme page doesn't count a view as well, until you clicked on the meme.

Does this comment problem only happen on certain streams, or only when there are a small or large number of comments?

How long does the problem happen for? Is it just a few seconds or a minute, and then you can refresh the page and it starts working again?
