I went to Pike’s Fish market in Seattle solely to see guys hurl fish. Unfortunately, the state of Washington declares it unsafe due to covid for their vaccinated, masked, and gloved employees to throw fish even though they’re handling it the whole time. Because covid’s only there when it’s airborne or something.

Why doesn't this make sense?

If the staff doesn't touch anything from the customers, but only hands them drinks, then the staff lessen the chance of catching from an infected customer and thus transmitting it to others.
