That's another proposal I have. I still haven't really studied American Politics but I have an idea where if one of the votes is tied at the top, they get put onto a separate poll and we do a revote.

In the US in case of a Senate vote tie the Vice President casts the tie-breaking vote. So if Congress is ever tied VP_PR1CE casts the tie-breaking vote.
