Of course we have not seen evolution take place. You have found the wrong definition on Google. Evolution is much bigger than that. What you have described is merely adaptation, something the Creator built in, and something that evolutionists have difficulty justifying. When a species has the ability to adapt to a change in environment that they have not been previously exposed to, there is no rational explanation for how that got there. Adaptation requires something to adapt to.

No, evolution requires that life arose from non-life, and this is where you must begin in order to accept evolution as real. And this is where the Science of Statistic Probability shoots down the possibility for it to ever happen. You have not thought this through, and so you do not understand the scale of the mountain you must overcome to explain this. And given your lack of knowledge on the matter, you have placed a blind faith belief that it is true.

That there are Christians out there who accept old ages matters not, as you yourself have essentially already pointed out in your own comments about other religions- it is ignorant of you to therefore even mention it.

There are many things we observe which simply cannot be were the universe, and therefore our own solar system, as old as they want it to be. As a for instance, when the Hubble went live (after being repaired) we saw deeper into space than we have ever seen before. This is in a fashion, a sort of time machine. If the light we are seeing is 13 billions years old, then we should be seeing the beginning of the universe. Instead, we see fully formed and "mature" galaxies. These simply cannot exist 13.7 billion years ago. Even the still forming galaxies we see are further along than they should be.

Also, if the universe and the galaxies were as old as they want them to be, they would have spun themselves apart vs being as organized as we see. Anti-God scientists know this, and so they invented something they have never seen even though it is alleged to be everywhere, and something they have never held to place under a microscope, or point a telescope towards, that being "dark matter". Without all of this extra mass in the universe, their theories collapse.
