For example: If WhiteNat were able to somehow get an alt elected President, appointed other alts of his as Congresspeople, and started using PRESIDENTS stream as a base for spreading anti-Semitism and Holocaust denial, that would be a clear case where owner intervention would be justified. However, in this instance there has been ample evidence presented to justify banning RichardChill for some period of time. Others here may disagree with the decision, but the decision was arrived at by deliberation among duly elected and appointed representatives, and is supported by more than a scintilla of evidence. A functioning stream has to have a strong owner, otherwise it will go wrong. Every stream that has tried the whole democratic route has either fallen apart, got taken over by someone with more malicious intentions, or reformed their stream putting an emphasis on more effective moderation and ownership.

we are skipping around the fact that the evidence used to prove Richard's guilt, was without a doubt, and 100% doctored. Do you think the results are gonna be accurate when the only evidence given is fake evidence? you cant possibly think that's a fair trial. the screenshots simultaneously claimed to be from 2 months, and 2 days ago. that's just not possible.

But beyond the alleged assassination plot and the trial, we are talking about a pattern here. The IRA controversy is still fresh in everyone’s minds. The GreenieMeanie alt. The daily torrent of “u mad bro” and “cope”-style comments. Etc. Etc. Do we really need to litigate it all? We’d be here for days.

again, im not defending Richard or his actions, but the case was handled badly, and once again, rushed. if we want to take a closer look at the evidence and decide on a proper punishment I can and will not stop you.

Remember the impeachment last time? You said I could try doing it all over again, and when I did you just blocked it anyway no matter how much evidence I threw at you. You knew full well that you would just block my attempt to start the impeachment again and that you were only intentionally wasting my time, most likely in an attempt to wind me up so you could discredit me. You also only noticed this flaw at the last moment, after Congress already voted. It's the exact same thing here. So you will try to stop us like you did last time, you liar.

I didn't stop you from doing a trial I stopped you from doing a wrongly-handled trial. besides, this is all irrelevant, this is a different situation. you want to prove Richard tried to assassinate wubbzy? you're free to do so, but please, next time, take a look at your evidence first.

hello? cuz that's a pretty big deal. up to this point, I've not necessarily thought Richard was innocent but that the evidence provided was faulty, if he has an explanation that makes sense that changes everything.
