Has anyone actually suggested/endorsed tattoos? Were they even taken semi seriously? Source?
I'm aware of the digital vax card, that you bring up on your phone. And many places are even endorsing a "papers please" approach, but even that is being successfully shot down (even in liberal strongholds like California) so unless you can provide a source for the tattoo claim, I'm gonna press X to doubt.
