Legal Dictionary's Definition of Seition:
"Conduct which is directed against a government and which tends toward insurrection but does not amount to treason." Calling for people to form an armed uprising and conspiring on line, seems to fit the bill. I expect "Superceding Indictments," to be filed against him and others, as the lawyers build triable cases. The hearings should help develop evidence for them.
