In all fairness, it was Biden that said minorities couldn't figure out how to get online to get in line for covid vaccination. Kamala said it was impossible for rural people (usually white people) in the country to copy photo ID.

my meme was related to Kamala Harris recently saying that poor minorities were being targeted by voter ID laws when you mail-in your ballot, because you have to include a photocopy of your driver's license. But I get your point, but please keep in mind these are all supposed to be memes.
