It was STRONGER than the Canadian dollar. The world's leftists didn't care about ANY practicalities . . . all they KNEW was what their feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelings told them. So they politically pushed and pushed and pushed until they got their way and the result is . . . a totally devastated nation . . . as per usual with leftist politics and ideology after it has had its way.

Yeah, that's all that the "Progressive" Leftist media cared about and I don't defend apartheid at all since it is immoral to deny someone education, rights, or opportunities based on race (pronounced APAR-TATE, not APAR-TITE, since the Western media apparently couldn't ask any of the 30 million South Africans how to pronounce "apartheid"), but Leftists didn't care about how history has shown every Marxist African party has ruined their countries one by one and run them into the ground. The media didn't care at all.

Yep. The commies ruined a once successful country and now after the media whining incessantly about apartheid, they ignore the brutal murders and land grabs against the Boers. It's disgusting.

To illustrate my meme regarding South Africa for Americans, back in 1983, one U.S. dollar was equal to one rand and 15 cents (R1.15). Now in 2021, one U.S. dollar is equal to 15 rand (R15.00). That's insane, but that's where inept, corrupt Marxist ANC policies get you.
