They could have used all that COVID bailout money and unemployment.
Maybe if we raise the minimum wage then people can afford to do it? At $15 an hour they can make it in 4 weeks. Make a little sacrifice like quite smoking, drinking, and/or drugs and you'll bank that much easily.
