The meme does not mention a specific day or date, just "Traitors Day".

Even if you're forced to work on the Holiday in the States, you usually get holiday pay which is the monetary equivilant of getting a paid day off.

If not, then you're one of those poor bastards stuck in a dead end job stamping your feet demanding $15 an hour instead of pulling yourself up by the bootstraps.
