And yet you hear people whining about how the court is anti-LGBTQ+...

They don't have to take it up at all. If they feel the 4th circuit ruling was just then this is the end of the matter.

The court isn't pro/against any one group in America though. The law applies equally to all and they've proven that time and again in many rulings over the past few years. Yet we hear complaining all the time that they have bias. It's annoying.

Sure, but that is a hypothetical. As of now, the SC has tacitly affirmed the current ruling. Anything else is pure speculation.

It isn't relevant to my argument. It was my take on the general situation.

The Supreme Court has a bias towards corporate persons IMO.

I seriously doubt that.
