You didn't read the court ruling did you? It's 33 pages chocked full of every instance he knowingly pushed fraudulent claims about the election to the courts, lawmakers and the public on multiple forums, even after he was warned months ago he'd be sanctioned and probably disbarred for doing so.

I saw/read bits and pieces of it. I know enough to know that Guiliani really blew the case. He didn't present much evidence but also not as much was known back then. What has come out since those cases 100% confirms voter fraud. There is no way around it. Biden is a fake president who was installed by (I believe) the globalists behind the UN's Agenda 21 and 2030 and the World Economic Forum's Great Reset. Biden even used the slogan for the Great Reset as his campaign slogan, "Build Back Better". The Biden campaign didn't come up with that, the WEF has been using ever since they first publicized their plans for the Great Reset. The Great Reset, according to the WEF, is a plan to collapse the world's economies, end capitalism and replace it all with a global socialist government.

Yes, I know this sounds like a conspiracy theory but it is coming straight from established and real organizations. It is not coming from shady organization that no one really knows if they exist or not. And you can look all of this stuff up on their websites. They may have obscured the language a little but it is all there right out in the open. But the left is too busy being told that every white person is a white supremacist and that white supremacy is the worst thing ever next to climate change. White supremacy is bad IF it was an actual problem. There are just not enough white supremacists to even worry about despite the left's obsession with it.

The worst thing that has ever been inflicted on mankind has and always be a loss of freedom. Freedom is more important than life and we are losing our freedom bit by bit at a much faster rate than ever before.

They used to have a video on their website that explained what they want. They took it down because of the controversy it caused. In it they display the text, "You will own nothing and you will be happy". A few seconds later they displayed, "You will rent everything".

The foundation upon which individual liberty is self ownership and the ownership of property. You cannot fully be free if someone else owns your land and your self. It is like renting an apartment and wanting to paint the walls a different color. Most of the time you are forbidden by the rental agreement. The rest of the time you have to get permission.

If someone else owns you then you have to get permission to do everything. If you own yourself and your land then you never need permission.

Clearly a whole lot of freedoms have already been taken from us since our founding. Our labor is now taxed. Our property is taxed such that if we fail to pay property taxes the government confiscates our land. The government tells us what we can and cannot do on our land. If evidence of an endangered species is found on our land we cannot even step foot on our land.

We are not far off from owning nothing and renting everything.

I highly doubt you're even aware of when and where the term 'the great reset' first originated. Rather, it appears to me you're understanding is based solely on what RW media sites and/or online forums have told you it means. FYI... the term originated from Prince Charles of the UK a year ago, while speaking at Davos about the Covid pandemic and the need for greater cooperation between nations to not only combat it but further to "reflect, reimagine, and reset our world to create a healthier, more equitable, and more prosperous future."

His terminology got hijacked by far-right conspiracy theorists (like Q'anon) within the US to advance their own cause(s) against "global elites" - which increased in fervor after both Biden and Trudeau incorporated those ideas into their own later speeches - and that reality was actually reported on both domestically and internationally as it was occurring. You see there is one thing I have learned the hard way. If you give your sources to a leftist they get all Saul Alinsky on you and discredit the messenger because they cannot discredit the message. So I am going to leave looking up information that proves voter fraud to you.

Does it have something to do with COVID-19? Maybe. In October of 2019 the WEF hosted an event with the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation and Johns Hopkins University called Event 201. Look it up. It was an actual event and those are actually the groups involved with it. This meeting took place to discuss what kind of response the world should take in the event of a pandemic. Roughly 4 months later the world was in such a pandemic.

Is it just a coincidence? I don't know but it sure sounds fishy. Especially when the WEF later announced its great reset and how they want to collapse the global economy and end capitalism. So what was the response in all of the blue states to the pandemic? Shut down all of the businesses to collapse the local economies and end capitalism locally. Like I said previously, I will never protect nor defend anyone from any party that ever tries to mislead the public nor perpetrate a fraud against them for self serving interests. You keep harkening on about Dominion but are you even aware of the fact they are only one of three companies that supplied voting machines during the 2020 election, or the fact that their machines weren't even used in a number of states or counties the GOP are asserting voter fraud claims.

The only reason why I mention Dominion specifically is because and can't remember the names of the others. However, while typing this, Smartmatic popped into my brain. I don't think I ever knew the name of the 3rd one but I knew there were 3.

I also knew they weren't used in a lot of states. They weren't used in my state and other than videos and photographs I've never seen one.

I kind of figured you had a legal background. I'm a software developer so I don't have much connection with the legal world. My brother was a law professor at a community college in So. Cal. until cancer took his life. I did take one of his classes back in the 80's when I was attending that college. It was Business Law. So at least from that class I have a drop in the ocean of legal knowledge.

The algorithm issue, fractional votes, negative votes, dead people votes, underage voters, felon voters, ballot dumps, vote flipping, ballots shipped from overseas, Hugo Chavez, satellites, claims of the machines being connected to the internet (they weren't), etc, etc, etc, were all addressed in court. The last post election case concluded just a couple of weeks ago in Antrim County. There too, no fraud was proven.

Even the issue about PA's changing it laws was addressed and found to be legal. I know all of this because I followed every case in each of the swing states and read every court document filed.

Then, when the GOP failed to prove mass fraud in any of their 60+ cases, they continued with their charade and ordered yet another forensic audit in Arizona (it's 3rd) and hired an unaccredited and inexperienced company - Cyber Ninjas - to conduct it, whose CEO is a Q'anon supporter and Trump loyalist. Once they began, the conspiracies grew even nuttier and more extreme... bamboo ballots, hidden watermarks, ballots fed to chickens and then the chickens set on fire, etc, etc. They even publically claimed that Maricopa County had deleted the voter database - they never had - but was miraculously found after Maricopa told them where to look.

It's astounding you believe Trump won by a landslide when he didn't even win the popular vote the first time around (by 3M). Then, once in office, proceeded to alienate every allied nation in the world over the next four years, as too many republicans (which contributed to him losing the popular vote for a second time by 7M).

Provable facts have an inconvenient way of dispelling falsehoods. That's something the GOP has yet to produce after 9 long months and never will because it doesn't exist.

US Constitution, Article II, Section 1 4th Paragraph begins with "Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may..." Then the rest of the section lays out what the individual state legislature is responsible for as it pertains to the election process.

No where does it say that any other state branch can make election law. Not to mention that the whole idea of the separation of powers is so it is always representatives, state or federal, who makes law because it is only the representatives who represent the will of the people.

The judicial and executive branches are forbidden to make law, regardless of the fact that it happens far too many times. The judicial branch in the higher courts are not elected by the people nor do the represent the will of the people. Their only job is to apply the Constitution to cases that they choose to adjudicate. Not make law.

Therefore the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, regardless of any of the cases you have followed, are in direct violation of the US Constitution.

Courts are not allowed to make law, period. More importantly it is specifically laid out that neither the state executive or judiciary branches are allowed to make election law.

As far as provable evidence, it has not yet had its day in court. I haven't read any of the court cases but what I have seen has not, to my knowledge, ever been presented in court.

So when Obama brought those electronic voting machines to America every subsequent election has had the outcome they programmed except for one. The 2016 general election. Hillary was programmed to win but there just wasn't enough fraudulent votes to overcome the electoral college. A mistake they were not going to make in 2020. Even the Democratic primaries where fraudulent. Sanders won against Biden but Biden was programmable and that is what they needed. They needed man committed to the worldwide "Build Back Better" movement. Trump was opposed to that and he had to be removed. So now we have the worst inflation since Jimmy Carter and it is just going to get worse. Why? The Great Reset.

Ever since the Obama got America using those voting machines I have been hearing stories of votes being changed right in front of the eyes of the voter. And always it was anything else to Democrat. Those reports started in 2012. I heard them repeated again in 2016 and they happened again in 2020.

Now I have come to find out that when a person casts a vote by using Dominion or any of the other electronic voting machines that vote can be completely edited. Votes can be changed, votes can be backdated. Votes can be added and votes can be removed. All by the poll workers.

Plus they were all connected to the internet all during the election and afterwards.

Trump wasn't denied getting elected in 2016 because of Hillary, he was awarded it by the EC.

It confounds me that people still chose to believe Trump and all his political cohorts over AG Barr, CISA Director Krebs, Secretaries of State in the swing states, Board of Election Supervisors, forensic auditors, and over 80 judges which presides over the lawsuits, the majority of which are all Republicans who voted for Trump themselves.

I know all about the John Hopkins/Gates Event 201 conference in October 2019. I watched it online back then and admit even I was highly suspicious when Covid appeared on the scene mere weeks later. Those suspicions however, were alleviated over the ensuing months after researching historical pandemics, Gavi, the Gates Foundation, etc; monitoring global Covid stats on a daily basis; and listening to / following up on what international politicians and medical experts were saying about it. When even they were becoming highly ill, being hospitalised and dying, there was no doubt left in mind as to the validity of it being a global pandemic akin to the 1918 - 1920 one.

LOOK BEYOND GUILIANI. There is tons of stuff that has been learned AFTER all of the court cases. There is tons of stuff that Guiliani didn't bring up. Get over the court cases and look at the newer evidence. Guiliani botched the court cases real bad.

Evidence like switching out the algorithms in the voting machines because they didn't account for Trump winning by such a landslide. That is why they stopped the count at around midnight and didn't start it back up until a few hours later. Then magically Trumps lead dropped, in many cases by the exact same number of votes that he once lead by. In not one voting precinct but in several A statistical impossibility. Some precincts when they were altering the votes even had Trump at a negative vote count for several minutes. That is not even a statistical impossibility that is a physical impossibility. Votes are always additive and therefore when Trump had a -900 votes at one point (and this also happened in several precincts) the defied the laws of physics and mathematics.

Then there was the voting laws in Pennsylvania that got changed prior to the election by the State Supreme Court (which is a violation of the Constitution because only state legislators can change voting laws). Pennsylvania now accepts mail in ballots WITHOUT postmark on the envelope and WITHOUT a signature on the envelope. They legalized voter fraud.

Now Congress is trying to pass the same law to change every state's voting laws to accept mail in ballots without a postmark and without a signature. AND!!!!! on top of that they are saying anyone opposed to that legislation is trying to invalidate minority votes. It's just like a Democrat to bring ALWAYS up race!!!!!

In regards to WEF and the UN LOOK HARDER. If I can find it, then so can you. Like I said before, they are evasive in their wording. They weren't at the beginning but they are now. You may not find the actual words that speak out against capitalism (although I believe if you looked hard enough you can find it, especially at the WEF). This isn't a globalist issue at all; it's purely domestic political BS that Trump and other corrupt members of the GOP party fraudulently pushed in an attempt to overturn an election Trump legitimately lost. Not only were multiple recounts and forensic audits conducted in the various swing states that confirmed the initial results, the GOP also lost 64/65 post election lawsuits filed in same for lack of standing, merit and/or evidence. Notably, many of those were ruled on by Republican judges, some of which Trump appointed himself.

I didn't need Trump to tell me that this election was stolen. Democrats have been committing voter fraud for decades. Obama introduced those Dominion voting machines to the US in time for his 2012 election.

Just the fact that the Dominion voting systems allow poll workers to completely edit any ballot that has been scanned in, including back dating them. They can also be programmed to generate the results that the programmer wants them to be. Those machines were designed for fraud.

But that wasn't the only fraud committed. Ballots were scanned and then re-scanned multiple times. That was caught on security video. In Pennsylvania laws were changed by the state supreme court (which is a violation of the US Constitution) so that any ballot could be counted even if it wasn't in an envelope that was signed and/or postmarked.

Just the fact that Biden was senile should have been your first clue that he wasn't legitimately elected. Never before in the history of this nation has such an unpopular person ran against an extremely popular incumbent and won. It just doesn't happen. First off, like you, I'm neither a diehard Democrat nor Republican and refuse to engage in identity politics. I can see merit in some policies - but never all - that each party presents and base my opinions and support accordingly.

Admittedly, politics is a dirty business and many elections have had disputed outcomes - particularly down ballot - and on occasion, for the presidency e.g. Bush v Gore. Trump, however, is the first person in history who has ever claimed (even prior to gaining office in 2016) that if he didn't win it was only because the election had been rigged, then resurrected that assertion during his entire 2020 campaign, followed by an immediate proclamation the moment he realised that he hadn't prevailed that the election had been stolen from him.

Need I remind you Trump lost the popular vote both in 2016 (by almost 3M votes) and 2020 (by over 7M) and only gained office in 2016 due to the electoral college. The latter results are not surprising given there were almost 9M more registered voters in 2020. It also had a 66.7% turnout rate - the highest percentage in over 100 years - compared to 59.2% in 2016.

It's also noteworthy that while the GOP as a whole did very well in the down ballots nationally, gaining many new seats across the country, tens of thousands of Republicans in multiple states abandoned the party due to Trump or alternatively, refused to vote for him personally, while continuing to support Republicans down ballot. Don't take my word for it though. That information's readily available to anyone who conducts in depth research of documented facts produced by reputable organisations.

Your info regarding Dominion is completely spurious and you'd know that had you ever read ANY of the court filings pertaining to them. Every single assertion that was ever made against them in the media by Giuliani, Powell, Wood, etc, was completely debunked in multiple courts. That is why all of them are now facing two separate billion dollar lawsuits against them by both Dominion and Smartmatic, as too Fox News and many of their hosts. It's also why Fox, Newsmax and OANN all had to issue online and on air apologies and retractions months ago. Don't take my word for that either.
