Most people in the left are not anti gun. We just don't have an issue with some gun control. Limiting certain models does not infringe on the general principle of having and bearing arms any more than a gun manufactured going out of business would.
Even the ones who weren't already of that opinion saw what happened Jan 6, and are probably thinking one side having all the guns is a bad idea.
