I'm unsure if this is accurate. While Trump no doubt bitched about people who made fun of him... and anyone who didn't agree with him in general... but I don't remember him getting litigious with SNL. Certainly, Hamilton would've been a performance he would've liked to curtail but I don't remember him filing anything against them either. I could be wrong though.
