I've watched a lot of footage, and I have to admit that most of it looked like the last day of a ComiCon (people steal all kinds of stuff to go sell on eBay or add to their collection.) The air force veteran that was killed had several cops right behind her with rifles. If she was a threat, those officers were in the perfect position to arrest her. Tragic. After the guy in the suit on the other side of the door shoots her, and the swat guys tried their best to save her. Another senseless killing of an unarmed person by police.

That's what happens when you drink from cheetohjesus koolaid stand.

Deadly force AUTHORIZED on Federal Property. As a veteran, she knew that.

Deadly force still illegal unless you are defending your life.

Wrong. Climb over a fence at a military installation, see what happens.

Idiots.

Go and serve your country, you will gain some wisdom of the REAL WORLD.

I was at a gate at Pearl Harbor during a joint exercise with Chile, Japan, and other countries. A local high school senior took the opportunity to try to take advantage of the confusion of all the foreign personnel present to try to sneak on base. Short version of the story is I didn't shoot him. There are some people who carry guns but are also afraid to risk taking someone into custody by physical force, so they pull their weapon. It's my opinion that if you're afraid to take on an unarmed person without using a firearm, you shouldn't be in a job that allows you to carry a firearm.

I was thrown out of my miltaryi issued vehicle, amd onto my face on the tarmac, after being mistaken for am intruder on the flightine. I had an M16 at the base of my neck for 15 minutes while they verified I had authorization to cross the run way. The cop never called the tower to verify kf o contacted the tower for clearance. Beleive me, I appreciate deadly force, and the fortitude it takes to have such a task placed on you.

Perhaps had the Base commander been only 50 feet behind you, running for their life to escape, you would have pulled the trigger? Have you seen the video of the congressmen amd women leaving the corridor, just 5 seconds before the intruder climbing though the window? I wonder what they were chanting as they were climbing through?

What was the kid yelling? You know, the one that jumped the fence?

He was trying to sneak in with a bunch of Chilean sailors. Similar skin and hair, but still sus. He was surprised when I waved the rest of the group in and took him into custody. It's always fun trying to get through the initial phase when a suspect is most likely to try something stupid. He was bigger than me, but that's what you have to expect.

I would like to ask for your opinion of this video angle:

I apologize in advance for the written description of the video. Definitely written by a racist tard.

Please post a link to the angle you referred to from the other side of the door. If the base commander was running from the mob I've seen, I would have turned away so he didn't see me smirk. Some people are just scared of everything.

I have actually managed to teach several civilians ORM, and get them to start treating threats that are rare or easily avoided with appropriate caution instead of panic. Some of them came back later and explained that they had done more work and found bigger problems that they were ignoring because they were fixated on the wrong things. ORM is the best way I've found to gain the "wisdom to know the difference" from the serenity prayer.

I am glad it was only hypothetical, as your court martial would not have been pretty.

Thank you for your service, regardless. God bless you, and your fellow troops. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

It was my experience that something like a smirk is insufficient for a court martial. It could certainly lead to something like hours of pt or mopping up the rain as it came down.

Watch seconds before the shot, ober the officers right shoulder, there is group of congressmen escaping down the back steps. They are in the same corridor as the intruder, when step though the broken glass.

OMFG. I feel sick. Is this guy:
"At one point John Sullivan, a controversial self-described liberal activist who shoots video at a range of protests and who filmed the footage on Wednesday, is heard warning an officer that additional rioters may be on their way. “We want you to go home,” he said, according to the video. “I’m recording. And there’s so many people. They’re gonna to push their way up here. Bro, I’ve seen people out there get hurt. I don’t want to see you get hurt.” - Washington Post
the same one that CNN interviewed?
What he said... I think he might have been able to convince me to shoot. I'm not sure. Such a small opening to climb through, I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be hard to use a baton to make her change her mind about being first through the opening. I hate doors and stairs when on offense. Nobody, and I mean nobody, was going to burst through that little opening and execute a j-hook so the person behind can zip right in. This is the easiest-to-defend choke point I've ever seen. But then if some little punk was telling me that stuff. I might have done. The FBI recorded no firearms in the hands of protesters that day, and I am trying really hard to eliminate that knowledge from my evaluation of the actions that day. I had discounted the "liberal instigator" bull as right wing fantasy, but here it is in the Washington Post. Sickening. Thanks for the link, but I kinda wish I hadn't seen it. Still thinking

Your lack of fulfilling your duty to protect assets and resources makes you liable to conviction. I always thought cops knew that. 😳🥺🤪

Not a cop. Intelligence, and put in the field after 9/11 until they could train up a new breed of shore patrol to meet the new threat level. As far as being prosecuted or killing an unarmed person crawling awkwardly through a window, I'm pretty sure which I prefer. I certainly would not have started with the gun. Not averse to pulling the trigger, but it needs to be the correct action.
