Good grief kid, if you're young you aren't expected to work. It is the job of parents to raise their children. This isn't the 19th century Industrial Revolution, you shouldn't have to work for a living yet! :)

That said, it's good you recognize you were born lucky in life, and you should use that as a motivator to start working when the time comes! Get a part time job through high school (if you're not there already, I don't know your age) and lay some cash away for college. Work full time in summers if you want and try to make it so you can pay your own way through school. If you can do that it's not only a massive personal achievement, but also just a very common sense way to 'enter life's traffic lane' if you well.

Nobody can accuse you of being spoiled if you prove you're capable of earning your own way through. Especially don't let anyone make any determination about you based on skin color. You didn't choose where you were born, and if you were born into a well-off family then count yourself lucky and take advantage of that. Just don't be the person who winds up mooching off their parents for everything in life (car, college, place to stay after college) because they can't be bothered to work for themselves.

The problem with racism in America is people like you are stoking the flames and keeping the problem going. First off why is it necessary to consistently divide Americans based on skin color? Are we not all Americans? Why not call us Americans instead of this minority and that minority or this majority! You speak of earning one's place, not being handed it, and not being rewarded just because you are white. Expect rewards, you mean like having a pride month?
I grew up thinking my country has moved beyond the racism problem. I had people of different skin colors in my school, I didn't think I was better than any of them. And this whole white and black thing is ignorance to the max anyways. No one is truly white or black, we are all shades of brown. Ask an artist to explain it to you if you if you need further detail. Albinos are the closest to being white and they are victims of prejudices. In certain parts of the world they are shunned and other places they are hunted down for their body parts because of superstitious beliefs.

I agree with your title though. However your concept of fighting racism only makes you an Anakin Skywalker, you have become the thing you swore to fight. As long as we see each other the passé way based on skin color, racism will never go away. Judge people based on their actions and not on skin color.

And because racism happens in all forms, people are naturally going to point it out when some acts like only one group of people has it worse than others. Then you got a heated debate over who's the biggest victim. And yes, I do think the dividing of Americans into groups based on skin color should be swept under the rug. Can wrongs not be addressed without making it sound like all white people or Trump supporters are bad? The media has been doing a damn good job at dividing Americans.

Racists are not the only ones who want to shut down knowledge, tyrants are doing the same thing. And the concept of rote learning is intended to restrict creativity. People become more like trained robots instead of creative individuals capable of critical thinking. I value education and knowledge and because of that I have some issues against schools and colleges. Some teachers are flat out idiots with no credentials, they was given the job because the college wants to keep their spouse working there. Other times history is not properly taught. History proves the importance of an armed population. The Holocaust, killing fields of Cambodia, the Holodomor, and others was done by armed troops against unarmed populations. Yet despite the many examples throughout history where armed troops slaughtered unarmed civilians we still have many people begging the removal of the Second Amendment. How has this happened? The education system has failed to educate people properly. It is less about knowledge and education and more about pushing a certain agenda that restricts people of their freedom and thinking.

I do not have a problem with certain people receiving health insurance. The problem is certain people are receiving it for free simply because of the color of their skin. Something the maker of the meme said he disagreed with when it was done by certain other people. Another problem is, and I'm not sure if you know this, but not everyone society labels white has health insurance either. My family is considered white by society, we do not have health insurance. We make too much to qualify for aid, even under Obamacare, but too little as to sustain paying it ourselves. Surely you must see this is unfair. Why should one group get something just because of the color of their skin? And that is how it will cause more division, people will see the unfairness and won't like it. So the receiver of free health care doesn't get that much anyways. I doubt people would be receiving state of the art scans and treatments. Most likely people with free health care will be put off and be made to do things in a certain order even when it is believed another course of action would be better. Have you ever had free service better than paid service? I consider it lucky if paid service is actually up to par. Again it is the principle of the matter, it is unfair and will cause division.

Just because that is what the media is showing does not mean it is accurate. They like to show what they want you too see. I am not denying that people wave the confederate flag, I see where people fly it while driving. However that doesn't necessarily mean they are all racists. Nor does it mean they are the majority of Trump supporters. Some just does stuff like that because they think they are being a rebel / bad boy.
