They both plead guilty. Waiving her gun with her finger on the trigger- even waiving the guns at each other. Surrendered guns and paid fine.
Our thoughts and prayers for with the Police for taking their guns away.

The crowd didn’t burn anything, they didn’t loot anything, and nobody was hurt despite the McCloskeys’ best efforts.

It was a peaceful protest, beginning to end.

The gate? The protestors walked right through it. It’s on video. The gate wasn’t busted until after the fact, through photos sent by the McCloskeys’ personal attorney.

Things that make you go hmmm.

But yeah there were black people outside this white couple’s house. That much is true. Some of them did trade insults with the McCloskeys. That much is also true. Wouldn’t you?

Yet somehow, none of their other neighbors (white or otherwise) thought it was a good situation to wave guns, yell, and stomp around.

I'll have to check that out. Maybe I'm a victim of my own bias on this one of all of that is true.
