How can you even breathe? Your world is so twisted on its head. In your mirror of reality, left is wrong, right is godly, nazism is excusable, vaccines are deadly, Trump can't be at fault for anything, Liberals are the enemy, what's right and wrong is dictated by people with charisma and every single criticism of your political party is somehow the result of whatever excuse you've been taught to pull up to avoid thinking too hard.
How can you breathe? How can you even think in that reality? It's mindboggling, and likely something that will be the source of social-psych studies for centuries to come.
And for your question, "how a picture of two people is an example of criminal behavior", that's simple: for Trump to have gotten those photos taken, he'd have to have been in good stead with Epstein, and more importantly, those photos were taken on Epstein's property, which means not only was he in good stead, he was extremely close to the actual location where these crimes were taking place.
Then later, when it came to light what Epstein was doing, Trump claimed to not know who he was, which becomes very apparent as a lie, and prompts suspicion as to why he'd feel like he needed to lie. He could have easily have said "I had no idea that he'd do that" and expressed betrayal, but no. He chose to distance himself from the man so far as to lie in the process.
