Here's another tidbit - You know all that gay/lesbian hate you may have heard on that went on in the early to mid 1900s? Come to find out that it was mostly Hollywood. Even famous gay actors like Rock Hudson had to stay buried back in the closet. It was the Hollywood backlash that scared him more than the public backlash.
