Something science “skeptics” will never understand, since they crave certainty on the cheap.

Of course they hate people asking for evidence for their claims.

But the science is settled as far as climate change goes...

Contrary to what you may have heard, climate change science *isn’t* settled. There is intense debate over how quickly we are killing the planet and exactly how quickly and drastically we need to act. Each year’s worth of new data is pored over intensely in an effort to answer these questions.

But don’t like scientists? Okay. Just ask any farmer, rancher, fisher, forester, park ranger, vintner — any profession that depends closely upon interacting with the natural world.

They know what’s up. They know the climate is changing, and quickly. They are changing their business practices and long-term plans too because if they don’t, then they’ll go out of business and be unable to feed their families.

It’s that simple.

It isn't completely settled. Some of the detail are in dispute. Almost all the scientists who study it agree that it is a problem that needs to be solved soon.
